SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 01 MAY, 2009
The Scientific Committee of the Symposium invites authors to submit abstracts on any topics of Symposium program.
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Abstracts may only be submitted by email (qlife@rambler.ru, nqolc@yandex.ru ).
- Abstracts should be submitted and presented only in English.
- Authors are requested to select a topic under which they wish their abstract to be reviewed.
- The first author is the presenter and the presenter will be notified on the abstract's outcome.
- After having submitted an abstract, presenter will receive a confirmation by email with the reference number of the submitted abstract (please, make sure to state correct email address).
- Authors should submit two separate files (Word document format):
- Abstract file
- Cover letter with information about the presenter and the topic.
- Abstracts file should include:
- The title (in capitals),
- List of authors with affiliations including city and country
- Body of abstract
- Cover letter should include the following information about the presenter: family name, first name (full, not initials), Institute, Department, address, ZIP/Postal code, city, country, phone, fax, email address.
- Abstracts should be informative, containing objectives, methods, results and conclusion
- Abstracts may not be longer than 3500 characters, excluding spaces
- Tables and graphs may be included in the abstract
- All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in the text of the abstract (but, not in the title)
NOTIFICATION
After the review by the Scientific Committee the abstract may be selected for oral presentation. Presenters will be notified by 01 June, 2009 whether they are to present their abstract orally or their abstract is accepted for publication.
PUBLICATION
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of Symposium.
